Jeff is the founder of CrossFit Petoskey, a Petoskey native since 1987 and a graduate of Petoskey High School in 1993.

 

Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Ohio Wesleyan University, and in May 2000 received his Master's degree in Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.

He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) and in July, 2007, Jeff earned certification as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS).

 

In addition to CrossFit Petoskey, Jeff operates Northern Michigan Sports Medicine Center. His expertise is in Foot/Ankle rehabilitation, Orthotics, Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation and Joint replacement rehabilitation.

 

Jeff and his wife, Heather, have two sons, Samuel and Charlie.   When not spending time with his family, Jeff enjoys kayaking, skiing, and fly fishing.
