Yes we are accepting Drop-Ins! All are welcome! We love to workout with new friends!

If you're looking for a good hour CrossFit session on vacation or are a seasonal Northern Michigander, please come in and join us! 

We have single session drop-in rates, as well as well week passes, two week passes, and punch cards if you're frequently in and out of town.

If you're dropping into our CrossFit classes, we ask that you have previous CrossFit experience. 

If you have little to no CrossFit experience, but an exercise background, please consider dropping into our "Drive" class. Our Drive class offers lower skill aerobic-endurance work that fits all fitness levels!
